Jendrik Kurzke is a corporate finance and corporate development expert. He works currently as Director, Mergers & Acquisitions for METRO AG, a Fortune 500 international food distribution business based in Germany, where he has been responsible for numerous corporate transformation projects. Previously Jendrik spent 15 years as an investment banker at Credit Suisse and UBS with a focus on advising companies and founders on capital raising and mergers & acquisitions across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Whilst fortunate to live in prosperous and politically stable Western Europe for all of his life, Jendrik’s family experienced refugee status and loss of livelihood after WWII. So, he strongly supports R² Social’s mission. He holds BSc and MPhil degrees in Economics from the London School of Economics and University of Cambridge, respectively.
